WSBK » Two wild-cards to bolster Brno grid

Italian racer Matteo Baiocco and Hungaran Viktor Kispataki are included on the entry list for the eighth round of the 2011 World Superbike Championship at Brno.
Two wild-cards to bolster Brno grid
Matteo Baiocco will make his second appearance on the World Superbike Championship stage this season after signing up to compete at Brno as a wild-card.

The Italian, who races full-time in the CIV Italian Superbike series, competed as a wild-card for Barni Ducati at his home event of Misano, the former Pedercini Kawasaki rider scoring points with a run to 12th position.

Though Barni Ducati ran two bikes on that occasion, with Alex Polita partnering Baiocco, the team will focus on just a single machine in the Czech Republic.

In addition to Baiocco, Brno will also see the WSBK debut of Hungarian racer Viktor Kispataki, who will ride a Prop-tech Honda. The 25-year-old has enjoyed success in domestic series' across Europe, though this will be his first appearance on the world stage.
