Lascorz condition remains unconfirmed
The condition of Kawasaki Racing rider Joan Lascorz remains unconfirmed as doctors wait to conduct further tests to determine the full extent of his injuries.

The 27-year-old underwent surgery on Monday evening to correct the displacement of the vertebra that caused 'elongation' of the spine, but the team has not issued an official update on his condition since then.

Lascorz has now been transferred from Bologna to Barcelona in his native Spain, where he remains sedated. Due to the sedation, a full review of his injuries is not expected for a further 48 hours.

Crash.net will update on Lascorz's condition when further official statements are released.

Really hoping for good news and that the worst case scenario remains just that, a theoretical possibility.
