Hmmm, didn't see that coming! Do Yamaha have a new R6 due for next season? If not, then that's a seriously OLD bike Sam will be riding...

Either way, all the best to the lad, I'm sure he'll be just as entertaining as ever!

Not Yamaha backed but Yamaha Motors Europe, which is the importer but no technical help from Yamaha.
GPOne are bleating about them moving to WSB on a factory R1 in 2014 no one else is though, although Jarvis did say that if WSB rules are made as the national championship its possible.

One surprise move, looks like next year Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha will have riders with chance of winning. With Cluzel and Lowes gone, wonder how PTR will do.

So Chaz Davies bike which has been mothballed is coming back out again? Same bike Cal won on too although it's a bit like Trigger's broom in Only Fools and Horses....had the same broom for year, only changed the handle 5 times and the head 10 :)

This team are well backed funding wise arent they so might not be a bad move, im wondering if PTR couldnt match what they are offering and yamaha 600 isnt a bad bike to be on in wss. interesting though as buckmaster was not only his team boss but is his personal manager

theyve lost 2 top riders either way!
