@mike hunt , as a hungarian I read a lot of article about Team Toth, and they have not so much money that you suggests, but the money was their main problem in the last 2 seasons. The other problem was the engine supply. Imho they may solve their engine/horsepower problems with this PTR deal.

engine/horsepower problems?? Check the results, they had best top speeds at almost all circuits. Over 290 km/h at monza, wich is a new ssp record! But only in practices and qualifiing, in the race their top speed dropped significantly. So there was a rumour that they are cheating and using 675 ccm engin insted of 600 in FP and QP. It is possible if you buy raw pistons...you can machine them and make up to 675 ccm on CBR.

Haha! As a Hungarian, it comes as a surpise, but I'm happy and hope it will improve Imre's results. He had some flashes last year and was good in qualifying, but was suffering a lot due to the machinery and tyre degradation.

Yes they always had the best top speeds, but somehow wasn't good at the rest of the tracks. Maybe their set up was poor. Imre was good during qualifying but dropped at the race, Balazs was always really slow on Saturday, but gained some positions in the race, usually passing Imre before the end. Especially him (but Imre too) complained a lot about technical problems.
As for the blame of them cheating, it's very surprising for me. There wasn't any mention of it in Hungary, you can guess why.

Imre Toth (the boss) said ater the season finale thet their engines (prepared by a danish master) work week in low rPM, their performance was only ok in high rPM (compared to other Honda teams too).

no offense but these 2 arent of the quality of lowes and cluzel they were class young riders and they had laverty before! PTR wont be winning anything next year, shame cos they are a british team
