Runnah, I suspect that's the scenario Citroen are to cover. At least now Petter's in the Junior team they can have a proper say in his strategy. But I think Seb will have the speed over Petter anyway and Rally GB will be fought out between Seb and Matt Wilson.

way to stab ford in the back petter !!!!
you'll never get a works seat at citroen and now you've blown it with ford......
hope you can afford to keep paying for drives !!!!

Cracker Chris, I can see us all now waiting in Rheola 2 on Sunday lunchtime to see whether Loeb or Matt are going to come out on top. Hilarious !

My own take on this is that Sordo has still not been confirmed at Citroen for next year, and maybe Citroen have woken up to the interest Petter generates and the size of his fanbase. Maybe this is their opportunity to see what Petter can do when competing against Loeb in similar machinery, before commiting to him as number 2 next year ? Let's face it, good as he is, Sordo doesn't exactly light anyone's fire outside of Spain does he ? Plus, Petter has made his money, and would likely take a works C4 next year for next to nothing ?

a works c4 for the whole season would cost even this former world champ more money than hes got.......
plus he'd have to play second fiddle to loeb...
irc is his best bet....

Agreed TCS. Sordo has been so-so. He seemed like a real potential a fews years ago but never really had that breakout year.

Granted Ford already signed JML for next year, but you never know since both Ford and Citroen have a great #1 driver bgut a struggling #2.

Petter could prove to be the best choice.

A lot is hanging on GB. Should be an awesome finale!
