I really don't understand the FIA anymore, firsz they sad that only WRC cars from 2011 will have 1.6L Turbo engines and now all S2000 must use the 1.6L turbo. What now we will have 2 series (WRC and IRC) whit the same cars. What a load of rubbish comes from there mouths.

I'll put money on the legend that is Matt Wilson entering this new 'S-WRC' It enables them to put him in a championship where he will have less competition, and possibly get an easy result.

Plus they can promote the S2000 Fiesta at the same time.

Yes, Matt will be competing in this new championship in the super2000 Ford Fiesta. With the task of securing the championship in his first year, then spearheading our bid to become WRC champions in the Focus.

Current S2000 cars run with a 2litre N/A engine's.

And when the 2011 WRC rules change all cars will have to be of S2000 spec but with a 1.6 Litre Turbo engine along with a few cosmetic modifications.

Thanks for this insight into Matt's future career plans (as revealed exclusively by Malcolm Wilson himself).

Hang on... I don't think you're the REAL Malcolm. Isn't 2009 the last year of the Focus in the WRC?

You had me going then for a minute!!!!!!!!!!
