I hope so but I hope he also has the manners to keep his engine off when someone else is being interviewed.
I never heard a word a certain Proton driver said at Rally Scotland cos he fired up his car and let it idle.
Ignorant git.

Remember the verbal pasting he gave Mark Higgins on the Manx a couple of years back.Totally unprofessional.Needs a pram not a rally car so he can throw more toys out.

Well I totally disagree with the comments so far. Guy is extremely quick and a British talent that deserves more luck and a competitive drive next year. In all interviews I have seen he has been professional and loyal to sponsors. He is the perfect fit for Skoda UK in my honest opinion.

He has rally winning potential in the IRC, BRC and S-WRC. We he turned his engine on it was quite clearly not to intentionally spoil the interview. There was no motive to do so and it's such a tiny thing. :?

Absolutely no dispute that Guy is a very quick & capable driver. The problem is that he's not (yet) got the rounded skills needed especially when out of the car.

Would be good to see a Brit get a decent break into the IRC (alongside Meeke).

Facts are facts.... He can drive!!

All this other tittle tattle (above) is quite pointless.

You'll all quite easily jump on somebodys back for not towing the 'party' line when they are on their way up and at the same time back people at the top of a sport for speaking their mind and being different. :?

All power to his elbow and I hope he get's the Skoda for 2010 IRC..... Good luck to the lad. He deserves it!!
:D

In these very tough times its dog eat dog out there to get a drive in a decent car.
Guy and Phil are a perfect partnership for any team and have and do give there all to secure excellent results. Give them a long run in any championship and they will give them all a run for their money.
Lets get behind them ang get a great British team back into top level motorsport.

Mathew W from Msport I note your comment re Guy's manners but at least he is a very fast and intelligent driver, if only his dad was called Malcolm we could of had a real Brit actually challenging for the World Championship.
