Raikonen (ex Ferrari F1) 31th? :?So if Rossi did so much better in WRC on 4 wheels, isn't there anything we can conclude if Rossi would make the switch? :blush:Just a thought... :)

You can't begin to compare WRC with F1... with rallying, at best they run the same stage twice, whereas with F1, they run the same "stage" 60 or so times.

If Rossi crashed on the first lap of his first race, he'd finish 26th, so I guess, there is a comparison of sorts...

Raikkonen got stuck in a snow bank the first day in Sweden and lost 26 minutes. on most of the other stages he finished around 10th or better. So no that bad I think for a first timer...

Congratulations to Mikko !

It's not often Loeb gives up, and settles for second.

Petter had a bit of a shocker. I was expecting a lot better.

Shame about Marcus and Kimi. Would have been interesting see where they would have ended up without their incidents and issues.

Matt, 7th. +07mins 53.9secs. Enough said.

At least Kimi didn't have any high speed crashes so he doesn't need to slow down that much. Even the 26 minute crash happened at a very slow speed.

Kimi said that his pace notes for some stages weren't as good as for some others. Waking up at 5 in the morning wasn't his cup of tea either. With better pace notes and not having the possibility to get stuck in snow, he might actually finish on the points in Mexico... or totally wreck his car on stone :)

.. but did you see any of the interviews with Kimi during the broadcasts???... he was actually smiling and looking like he was actually enjoying himself...

That to me is the REAL difference between F1 and almost every other racing formula...

heeey...Is petter solberg having a 5 year plan like kid matt....
he is driving the whole 3 days were rubbish....
he was beaten on every single stage bare 1 by rookie Ogier...

That s shows why no team principle entrusted him in an official team...

if marcus decides today to come back full time... malcolm or quesnel will jump on him ...

But a talkative guy who can t set up his car,.... end up in behind 5 year plan kid(7th with 7 min to winner)
