So who will be quicker ?

Block or Kimi ?

Block has had more time in a rally car (not that one though), Kimi is an F1 WDC though and plenty of talent, be interesting to see who comes out on top.

Sordo says he's in the perfect position...so that'll be Loeb or Hiroven to win then :)

Kimi will be quicker I think Taz. I think Ken will be more than happy with a top 10 finish. Kimi will be quick, and hopefully not throw it off the road.

I am not a Ken Block fan, but anything or anyone that can bring attention to the WRC on the other side of the pond has got to be a good thing.

Only seen block on a rally when he did the McRae stages in a Mk 1 escort, he didn't seem completely at home but 4WD rally car to a Mk 1 escort must have been a shock to the system. In fact the rear window flew out when he passed us on SS2...no kidding :)

Hope Kimi has a clean run to get his confidence up

I have a lot of respect for Ken Block, He's had the money to turn a hobby into a job which is everybody's dream.
He's got better and better as a driver and he's a great show man, All of the gymkhana videos he's made are great to watch, Check them out on youtube if you have'nt seen them yet,
Would have been great for Travis Pastrana to join the WRC at the same time though.

@John Kilbride

Think we've been over this one, money talks, I think Kris Meeke deserves a stab in the WRC but he doesn't have the backing behind him so it isn't going to happen.

I do think having these drivers in WRC does raise it's profile (Kimi especially) and the sport is in such a mess it needs all the help it can get, there are other drivers in works cars who don't deserve their ride....Matt 5 year plan for one.
