Joy for BP Ford Abu Dhabi's Jari-Matti Latvala as he wins in New Zealand and claims his first win of the season.

I dont think this will be the only win for Jari Matti this year. I was amazed that he was fastest on the Asphalt shakedown stage.

I think he needs to be able to identify and control when to push just like Loeb does. He has the speed but not the Mastery of Loeb, I think he can learn a lot from studying how Loeb does it so well.

He has learned a lot from this victory and it will make him stronger and more dangerous in future.
I think he will win again this year. I would love to see him win in Finland as that requires his kind of speed to win.

I was shocked that he was quicker than Ogier on the 2nd last stage in NZ because I thought from the in car that Ogier was Blinding Fast.

Hirvonen was nowhere, would have thought the roads would have suited him.

Ford don't have a clear No 1 not on the strength of Hirvonen's season so far.

Everytime I see incar with Mikko he looks very frazzled. I think the pressure is getting to him this season.

I think what makes a great driver is that little extra push out of the comfort zone. When you see loeb, petter, oiger and latvala after a stage where they really pushed it, they are obviously excited from having run that ragged edge.

I don't think mikko has that willingness to push to his absolute limits. That will prevent him from becoming a champion.
