I had expected a bit more from him this year, especially on asphalt. It's a completely different car than an F1 car obviously but I thought raw talent would come through.

Some errors were bound to be made but he also lacked a lot of pace generally, which surprised me a bit. Still, if you look at Ken Block's performances this year you'd have to say maybe WRC is a lot tougher than I personally thought. It'll be intersting to see how much progress he can still make in the following years, or at least it will be if Citroen/Red Bull have enough patience to stick with him for now...

I think that Kimi has done great for his 1st year in WRC! He had to start at the toughest level, he won the the French race he ran at a lower level.
Kimi had a great run in Wales last weekend! :) They a small cyclone go through, lots of mud & fog, they could not see, & he moved up from 10th place to 8th! :) His teammate, who has worked his way up to this level, went traversing across a field. I am glad that Kimi was able to end his first year on such a high note.
