A good decision by VW to get Sainz to develop the car. He may not be the quickest out there but he does at least have a reputation for doing whatever he could off track to get the car as competitive as posssible.
WRC should be very interesting again, but I still think Citroen and Ford will be hard beaten if things go the way they are going

Everyone in the sport knows how much effort Carlos outs in to testing, he is still one of the sports best test and develpment drivers

He never gives up and he is very very good with attention to detail too

I think he would make a Fantastic Team Manager / special advisor - lol

Sounds great. How about Petter Solberg as one of the drivers? My guess is the team will go with one experienced and one up and coming driver, so Petter is a logical choice.

I surprised a bit, why they did not consider Marcus for development of Polo wrc. He has better knowledge of the Modern Cars, Isn't Fiesta doing great? I would also like to see Swift 1.6 turbocharged AWD in the competition.
