This guy can drive.Just have a look at his results in 2011.Remember a few years ago when most manufacturers used specialists for tarmac events and stand down a regular driver who was better on the loose. This guy knows Monte and the car.Good luck to him and Meeke has never shone on the Monte even in his brilliant IRC year.

The French Federation dont throw money at no hopers-viz Loeb/Ogier.Campana can clearly drive and knows the event and has the Federation funds which is probably all Prodrive care about at this juncture. An old chestnut but if only the MSA adopted the french approach we wouldnt only have Kris in the frame.

The French Federation is not in question here. What is in question is the talent to be good at something.
If we were talking about drinking beer or.. well drinking beer, then you could count the Meekes and the Wilsons. Besides that, not much you can do..
Happy New Year to all!!

Well, in the Mini WRC on the WRC events last year, Campana did zero. Not a single Top 10 stage time in Germany, for example. Whereas Meeke showed pace and potential. Winning a PowerStage in Spain, regularly in the top 4/5 on stage times and sooo nearly taking a podium on GB (if for not having reliability problems early on). Meeke has also won the JWRC class on the Monte in the past, fact fans. This is quite possibly the worst PR coverage for BMW. You are either in, or out. This halfway house is silly
