Wonder if Mr Wilson is having second thoughts? Think he should concentrate on Solberg - look at his performance as a privateer plus his experience
Perhaps the time has come to standardise tyres then there would be a more level gauge

WRC, is by no shadow of a doubt, for the better by having characters like Latvala. However at the same time, Latvala can never mount a serious threat to the likes of Solberg, Loeb, etc.. if they are all in equal machinery. It's really a pity that Jari Matti cannot find his sweet spot because he seems like a good guy. No one could say he wouldn't deserve to be WDC based on his speed but you need a lot more than speed to get there... Add in a dose of luck too.

Why have no.1 & no. 2 drivers anyway ?

Never used to happen - Think McRae & Sainz.

Malcolm should have made them equal.

Hope Petter wins and has a strong start to the season, and makes Malcolm's tactics look ridiculous.

Stop this slagging off of Malcolm, Ford and Jari. Crashes is what happens in rallying have you not got any idea of what a rally is. Mistakes happen and that is that......

Jari & Petter are an excellent team for the Ford Team and yes for sure Loeb will be there but watch this space.

Would you rather live like a Tiger for one day or a sheep for 100 years? I'd rather be fighting for the lead than running safe in 7th. Doesn't win championships I know but certainly makes things interesting. Once Vatanen mastered his raw speed he was best in the world. I expect the same may happen to JML. Petter is great addition to the team. A cool experienced fast driver next to the youngster with raw talent is a good thing.
