I'm with him on this, hopefully Petter can keep consistent and he will challenge Loeb all the way.
Hopefully it will go without saying that jml will play a support role, he's had his many chances until he can prove himself worthy.
Jml should now be made pull over for Petter if ahead of him as Ford really needs a wdc to their name. Jml has blown his chance. again.
People may disagree, but if MW had have done that previously he could have won with Mikko, but everyone would have complained.
GO FORD let's not make it nine in a row

What? Hirvonen has been always the first one in Ford after Gronholm left. Lets not forget last rallies last year (I think 3 in a row) where Latvalla just passed him in front and the one was victory. Nothing against Hirvonen of course, but he also had blew his title in Wales pushing hard, it is never easy to beat Loeb. At the end appeared that only he had to do is to be himself - go safe and finish, but how could he know:)

It is true though JML has little chance this year now, but I think he will be able do score several victories.

Look at the results for 2009, Italy jml won Mikko second, two points that could have won him the title. On the other hand dani moved over for Loeb in Spain before the last day, result...CHAMPIONSHIP LOEB which could have been Mikko's.
People on this forum would not shut up about how 'bad' Mikko is, when he had one bad year, even though he could have won the champ. They all loved jml on the other hand even though he was crashing like a mad man ever since he started his career.

That's too early in the championship, managers usualy don't make team orders at this stage. All I know is that Hirvonen has ever had N1 status in Ford in team with JML. Last year JML had done the right thing, since he didn't have any chances for title and supported him.

The support here for JML is because of the fact he's the fastest driver now who can beat Loeb and stop this French domination. Finlands are always one of the best drivers and JML fits that profile perfectly being so fast on any surface, so nothing bad to Hirvonen, but he just is going too steady and is not very interesting when there is no chanllange we can watch.

It's not going to be JML's year anyway with his out of luck, mostly to break arms, 2 of it's car, 1 of his own. I believe if this misfortune continues to the mid season Rallies he'll support Solberg also for the title.

Put the support behind Petter. He may not be the fastets but he certainly knows how to keep it on the road and finish well. Have JML play the support role and try to take some positions away from Citroen and we might see Ford on top this year.
