How would you have done it?
How much would you know you had to slow down not knowing the time of your partner because he left 2 minutes after you and knowing that the ford is less than 20 sec behind on the score board.
In Finland? in sixth gear ? at 129 km/h average?
Why don't you go there and rethink

Team orders, so you think Hirvonen is better than Loeb - LOL. Team orders apply if both drivers are way in front and no one is threatening their positions. This wasn't the case in Finland, Latvalla was only 20 seconds behind and if Citroens were relaxed, he might get there pretty quickly - 3-4 stages.

Anyway previous Rallies there were team orders, but I don't think Hirvonen would won there (except probably Argentina).

Yep: through team tactics the Citroen boys managed to break the 2004 Ouninpohja Stage Record of Petter Solberg ( on a 2l turbo not controlled by the FIA because he was in superally after a crash)
