Ford just need a solid number 1. Theyve been running a team of number 2's for too long.
Solberg could be a number 1 again, I think if they keep him next year he will be much stronger.
Latvala could be a number 1 one day, but he still isnt confident enough in himself yet.

I hope Latvala doesn't sign with VW because he's not good enough to be Ogier's team-mate. Sure, Latvala has the speed, but that won't win titles. Jari-Matti needs to get his head screwed on. This is his fifth season in the factory Ford team and he hasn't really done anything. I think he should be ousted in favour of Sordo or Ostberg. If he keeps his Ford seat, then he should be made the Number 2 driver.

As sad as it is I was looking at live stage times waiting for Solberg to crash. I am really disappointed with his crashes. I guess it might be him trying too hard as someone said but I would rather see him scoring 2nd or 3rd places then crashing out.
