How much "progress" does Thierry Neuville need to start beating Mikko Hirvonen regularly, Mr. Matton? These team bosses and their obsession with "experienced" drivers... How much has it paid up against Loeb, exactly? Start betting on fresh blood, already.

I think this Guy is easily ready to accept the 2nd seat at Citroen, I can even see him beating Hirvonen in several Rallies next season, I think he has come on leaps and bounds in recent Rallies

What they actually need to do now is start looking for another young promising driver just like Neuville to Replace Hirvonen for 2015 and beyond, by this time Neuville will be fighting Ogier and Latvala for the Wins on every Rally

By Giving the 2nd seat to Neuville for 2013 this will ease Citroens Budget issues too, as they wont have to find an aditional budget to continue running Neuville as a 3rd car like they have been doing this season

Yeah, and by 2015 I would also bet on another name: Esapekka Lappi. That guy's gonna take the WRC by storm, he's an absolute natural and VW's already nurturing his career (via Skoda). And what about Mads? Why oh why doesn't he have a factory seat? He's fast as they come, consistent, versatile, all this and a freakin' privateer! The best thing about Rally France 2012 was the fight between Neuville and him. And as much as I agree with you, I guess Matton & Citroen are going to play it "safe" and go for a more seasoned driver. They have Abu Dhabi's money now so I guess they can afford it.
