If MSport cant do it with ford millions, what are the chances they can do it with sponsors hundreds thousands?

I'll bet on VW too.

Deals like this are done months before announcement. Linking it to Ford pulling out is pushing it, but of course Latvala could have known Ford's plans before us. Hope VW will be able to fund all the bent Polo shells for at least a year. javascript:insertTextCursor('comment',%20':)')
ps I'd be interested to know if Ford's disappearance (and BMW's) is their comment on the new WRC promoter deal.

@Brian Launchbury

Move you mouse over the emotion and in the browser status bar at the bottom(in firefox anyway) you'll see the javascript call:

insertTextCursor('comment', 'the emotion text is here')

After the coma just use the text inside the ''

:p :-o :rolleyes: :blush: :D :?

It's a javascript bug I told them about 2 years ago.

Hope VW has already started preparing extra shells in readiness for his aarival...
Got to feel bad for Mikkelsen, he is a world class driver who has done his best this year to get a drive in the Polo. Fingers crossed the do find the extra budget to run a 3rd car for him.
Or he moves to M-Sport along side Ostberg, that would be a good line up
