All i get from this is we're looking for somebody with little talent but deep pockets to help us get to Sweden.
Hardly gonna help with attracting good sponsors and drivers in the long term
Know they got dropped in it by BWM but bite the bullet pay to get someone half decent in.
Hell i think Petter was offering his services for free this year. If he could generate the finance to run his rally team in the WRC for 2 years i damm sure the opportunities are there with someone as proven as Prodrive in the WRC.

Whether you like DR or not, he made a valid comment earlier this year regarding sponsorship. It all depends in TV, and mainly Free to Air TV, if there was any, he could go to potential sponsors with something for them. No FTA TV, no deal. Simple.

Even now, 3 weeks to the Monte, nobody knows about any TV coverage. Is it MotorsTV? Wil it be RedBullTV?

Prodrive should just forget the Mini WRC programme and concentrate on the GT, and Aussie V8 series. The Mini has lost a years worth of development - it's only good for Gentleman/Rich Amateur drivers, or National series.

What a shambles this Mini WRC Project has been. I had high hopes but got on thing but deep bitter disappointment thanks to BMW's ass end attempt now Prodrive look set to miss due to sponsorship. Prodrive you're better then this. Dump th Mini and bring back scooby.
