Well if you consider Webber so easily had the measure of Rosberg in the latter's rookie year (by a country mile pacewise) and we use the 7 races so far this year as a measure of the true performance between Hamilton and Rosberg then a few of the following conclusions might be drawn:

1) Rosberg dramatically upped his game over the years
2) Webber dramatically lowered his game over the years
3) Hamilton is still a great driver, yet not as great as some might have thought before
4) Schuey still sucked after his comeback but not as badly as realistic people (not the fanb0iz) might have thought
5) The current regulations require a different skill set than those of the best part of a decade ago.

after the season he had in 2011 he shouldnt really be suprisrd by the pace of any driver in the same car as him. i think vettel turns up to every race weekend knowing that if he doesnt concentrate fully on the job in hand mark webber would take great pleasure on stomping all over him

I think that Hamilton has begun to realise that he is not quite as good as he thought he was, Button gave him a really good run for his money and now Rosberg is outdriving him. He had a pampered intoduction to F1 that no other driver has had the advantage of, he was built up as a superstar and he believed it, I'm afraid the reality is rather different, it does'nt come easy, you have to earn it and he appears not to have realised that yet, get rid of the dog, the hangers on, Nicole and the rest and concentrate on the driving and maybe he will win another championship.

I think Lewis is a great racer. I think he is not so good on tyre management. That requires a racer to drive with control, he is still adapting (badly) to that fact.
He IS a talent according to Alonso and whilst Button gave him a run for his money, he lost to a man out of sorts and wanting a move.
Lewis, I hope will prove the doubters wrong. I hope he does. We shall see.

I dont like Hamilton but i think hes a top driver, he has that spark that only a few drivers have.
I actually don't rate Rosberg never have and never will.
His Dad was a greater driver.

I'm going to try and be objective (might not be easy)

Lulu's F1 career to date...

2007, Tied with Alonso - Fantastic achievement for a newcomer, albeit with a lot of help from the team.

2008, Won a Championship - Another fantastic achievement, But his only rival was Massa and it took a huge slice of luck.

2009, 5th beat Heikki, not much else to say.

2010, 4th beat Button by 26 points, big deal.

2011, 5th Button beat him by 43 points, oh dear.

2012, 4th beat Button by 2 points, big deal.

2013, Struggling against Rosberg, a driver who nobody really rated.

So there we go, he started of great and created a lot of expectation and has done little since other than underachieve.

Sorry fanboys but it's true.
