Er, hello, what is wrong with the current system? Having qualifying - which is the fairest way of deciding running order. Do we really want to a return to 'slowing down' tactics? Punishing the Championship leader by running first on the road? No, we don't.

Absolutely, talk about rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic. The FIA ruin rallying....again.

Maybe the could sort out the promotional issues instead.
