I hope he finds his feet at Citroen, but even though his team mate will have to tread careful as he learns the Rallies early in the season I think Meeke will have the speed to outpace Ostberg when he feels comfortable

Ostberg has come on a lot in recent seasons but im not sure he has the last bit of speed needed to compete with the likes of Neuville / Ogier and Latvala

The more I think about this new Citreon driver line up the more I like it, as both drivers really have the potential to deliver. Apart from the Mini disaster, Meeke hasn't been given his chance in WRC (always a lack of top seats), he may have only started 10 WRC events but he has a broad spread of experience (he's 34 years old) His showing in the (new) Mini (while it lasted) was impressive, his speed is unquestionable. Even though he eventually went off in both Finland & Aus, his speed was incredible & really think as @DafyddLarcombe says once he's (hopefully) eased his way into the WRC season he will be running near the front. Some drivers mature later in their career, but you could argue that Meeke is still only at the begining of his (WRC) career, but already has the speed & will only get better as he gets more rallies under his belt. Ostberg I've always rated as a talent, has good WRC experience & this move to Citroen could be just what he needs to make the move to the front. So, o
