Citroen's Kris Meeke may be contesting his first all-tarmac event for three years, but does not expect to be at a disadvantage on Rallye Deutschland.

As mentioned in a post on Latvala, I think there will be quite a few of drivers who right now feel that the victory could be theirs for the taking. Ogier, Meeke and Sordo to name but a few. Don't forget that while Meeke is very quick on Gravel, like Ogier and Neuville, Meeke learned his trade on the Black stuff. 3 Years is not much of an issue if he does a Good Recce and also Citroen wont be relaxed about it, they will be very motivated for a Win, especially as Citroen have won this Rally for the last 12 years straight and wont want that record to be broken. I think its at least as possible as Latvala win. I hate to say this but my money would be on a certain Frenchman, but then again I am not a gambling man.
