I am not very knowledgable on the geography of wales.
From my understanding, most events including WRC events only allow 2 passes for a recce. Surely having repeated stages will cut down on amount of fuel used to do recce, make a stage easier to organise regarding marshalling etc, these are vital things for survival of rallying as well I think. From what I have seen the amount of people from marshalsl right up to medical etc required to run a stage is unreal. Also from a spectators point of view, most sensible spectators will make do with just one stage rather than trying to fly all over the place especially if stage is repeated later.
