I feel like the responsibility of car dev falls 50-50 on the driver and team. A driver saying the rear feels loose should be enough for the team to know what to change. Blamming a driver for the failings of a company is a bit harsh.

I am a fan of Petter and say he could beat Loeb if he had a trouble free rally and a fast car, which the ford isn't.
