Citroen's Sebastien Loeb has said a bad start to Rally Sweden and a change in set-up cost him the chance of a win on the event

It's probably not that simple though. They only did one season together, which was Ogier's first in that team, after which he left even though Citroen were dominant at the time. It's a fair guess that he felt he wouldn't be given the same treatment as Loeb. Despite this they were close performance-wise. I think he was really frustrated because he felt he could beat Loeb but the people around him only wanted him to finish P2 and secure the team title. He'd been with Citroen for many years before that aswell so that probably adds to the disappointment.

And as likeable as Loeb seems, it is a lot easier for him to laugh and shrug off a defeat - to say he has nothing left to prove is almost an understatement.
