SS5 - Grafschaft Veldenz 2 (23.04 km): Loeb just beats Hirvonen to take the SS5 win - 0.1 seconds quicker; Sordo third; Duval fourth; Latvala fifth; Atkinson sixth; Galli crashed out - stage stopped*; Prokop heads the J-WRC category; Loeb leads the overall event by 18.8secs.

* Only 14 drivers' completed the test at speed after it was stopped following Gigi Galli's crash. The rest were given notional times.
