Rallye de France-Tour de Corse: SS16.

SS16 - Pietra Rossa - Verghia 2 (26.32km): Hirvonen fastest through final test; Loeb second; Duval third; Mikkelsen fourth; Latvala fifth; Henning Solberg sixth; Prokop wins the JWRC category; Ogier takes second in the JWRC and secures the 2008 Junior title; Loeb wins the overall event by 3mins 24.7secs after Ford play tactics.


NB. Francois Duval and Jari-Matti Latvala both picked up time penalties on purpose so that they finished behind Mikko Hirvonen. Duval checked into time control 2 minutes early to pick up a 2 minute penalty, while Jari was 9 minutes late for the start of SS16 to pick up a 1.5 minute penalty.
