Wilson Sr: Galli, Duval not out of picture.

Malcolm Wilson has revealed that Gigi Galli and Francois Duval could both compete for the Stobart Ford team again in 2009.

Thus far the squad has yet to officially announce its driver line-up for the coming season and while Matthew Wilson and Henning Solberg return, no news has been forthcoming with regard to either Galli or Duval.

Furthermore while Urmo Aava will make his debut for the Stobart squad on the Rally Ireland later this month, nominated to score manufacturers' points along with Wilson Jr, the precise details with regard to the Blue Oval's M2 team remain somewhat sketchy.

"At the moment we are still piecing a lot of it together," Malcolm explained to Crash.net Radio at the Autosport International Show this week.

"As everyone knows, its difficult times at the moment but I can tell you that [my son] Matthew [Wilson] will do all twelve events, Henning Solberg will do all twelve events with some Stobart branding on his car alongside Expert and Urmo Aava is signed up for eight events."

Pressed on whether the popular Gigi Galli and Francois Duval will be back in a Focus RS WRC, Wilson added it is not out of the question.

He warned though that it is all dependent on the economy and how long the current economic crisis goes on.

"That's why I say it isn't all pieced together and we are looking at other options," he continued.

"We will try to build the strongest possible team we can for Stobart but, as everyone is aware, it is based on a commercial basis so we hope the economy will start to pick up as quickly as it went down!"

wilson Jr Can''t drive!! He''s certainly not a natural, nor does he seem to have a passion and a srong desire to push. No one will pick up a back marker for future employment. If M-sport lost the ford Contract, no one will be calling wilson Jr, that''s for sure. Latvala, Hirvonen, Ogier, All have passion and are natural, Wilson Jr, is just getting a good time because of the position of his dad.
