Citroen number one driver Sebastien Loeb came through SS17 and SS18 unscathed and now just the short 4.37 kilometre Trier SSS is all that stands between him and victory #8 in Germany.

The Frenchman has led throughout and currently is on course to head home a Citroen 1-2-3, with Dani Sordo second, 50.6 seconds adrift, and Sebastien Ogier third, now 20.1 seconds up on BP Ford Abu Dhabi WRT man Jari-Matti Latvala.

Petter Solberg is next up and fifth, followed by Britain's Matthew Wilson and F1 2007 world champion Kimi Raikkonen. Khalid Al-Qassimi, Mark van Eldik and Patrik Sandell complete the top ten.
