Citroen's Dani Sordo has said he will do 'everything in his power to obtain the best possible result' this coming weekend in France.
The Spaniard, who is back with the Citroen 'A' team for the new-look Rallye de France, the eleventh round in the 2010 FIA World Rally Championship, finished second behind Sebastien Loeb on the Bulgarian and German asphalt.
He now intends to add to add more points to his tally in Alsace and he is again after a rostrum result, something he has managed three times this season.
“I think that this rally will have an incredible ambience, and of course, all the fans will be rooting for Seb [Loeb],” Sordo said.
“I'm going to do everything in my power to obtain the best possible results. As usual, I'll be aiming for a place on the podium. After a few stages we'll see if it's possible to go for the topmost step!”
Sordo, who changed co-drivers' back in August, dumping Marc Marti for Diego Vallejo, currently lies fifth in the drivers' championship with 107 points on the board.
