has confirmed that it will show four hours of live television coverage from the FxPro Cyprus Rally, the final round in the 2010 Intercontinental Rally Challenge, which runs from November 4-6.
In addition, Eurosport
will also transmit two hours of live coverage from the Love Cyprus Golden Stage Rally, a new stand alone event which takes place over a single stage, albeit run twice, the following day on November 7 and carries a massive prize fund of 150,000 Euros.
The Love Cyprus Golden Stage Rally has been 'designed to showcase rallying in a new and exciting way by making it accessible, understandable and attractive to a wider audience'. The compact, 'fan and television-friendly format' covers a single 25-kilometre mixed-surface stage run twice. It will be known as the Love Cyprus Golden Stage in deference to support from the country's tourism authority. Entries for both events are still available.
