Solberg, Tanak added to Rallyshow line-up

Henning Solberg and Ott Tanak to appear at the Rally Show next weekend
Organisers of the Rally Show at Cornbury Park have confirmed that Henning Solberg and rising star Ott Tanak have been added to the list of star names who will appear at next weekend's event.

Solberg will be at the wheel of the M-Sport Ford Fiesta RS WRC on Saturday 14th May in what will be the first public outing for the new car, which currently heads the WRC standings in the hands of Mikko Hirvonen.

Estonian driver Tanak, a protégé of former WRC ace Markko Martin, will then be at the wheel of the Fiesta for the second day of the event on Sunday 15 May.

“I really enjoyed The Rally Show last year – the crowds were fantastic,” Solberg said. “We're very lucky in rallying to have so many loyal fans, I really appreciate all their support and it's fantastic to be able to help give something back to our fans. I'm really looking forward to next weekend and can't wait to show everyone Ford's new Fiesta RS WRC.”

This season, the Rally Show switches to Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire and will feature competitive rallies and a series of demonstrations by world rally cars, buggies and stunt driver Terry Grant.

On Saturday 14th May the crowd will enjoy a fly-past by the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial flight that recently took part in the Royal Wedding celebrations.
