Petter Solberg is hopeful of fighting for his second World Rally Championship podium of the season this weekend in Argentina.
The Norwegian clinched his first top three finish with the new Citroen DS3 WRC last time out in Sardinia and currently sits fifth in the championship standings.
Eager to move up the championship order, Solberg will now hope to at least repeat his Sardinian podium on the mixed surface event in Argentina with a solid test in France having set the team up well for the weekend.
“I would like nothing else than to follow up our third in Sardinia with a podium here in Argentina also,” he said. “We have had one day of testing in France last week, and I think we have the information needed for the best set up.
“I have always enjoyed Rally Argentina, the atmosphere and the stages are great, and this time it will also be exciting to see how we will manage with the new tarmac sections.”
