Patrik Flodin is to compete in seven events in the Intercontinental Rally Challenge this season after agreeing a deal with Petter Solberg's PS Engineering team.
Flodin will be at the wheel of a Ford Fiesta S2000 for his IRC campaign, with the car running on Hankook tyres in a campaign that will get underway in Corsica in May.
After that, the Swedish driver will take part in the events in Belgium, San Marino, Romania, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and San Remo.
“I am very happy we are able to support Patrik,” Solberg said. “He is an extremely talented driver and I'm confident he will be able to achieve a lot in the IRC this year.”
PS Engineering ran Eyvind Brynildsen in the Super 2000 World Rally Championship last season.
