Jari-Matti Latvala has said he has been impressed with Volkswagen since making the switch to the team.

The Finn opted to sign for VW after Ford pulled its works involvement and he is now eagerly looking forward to the 2013 World Rally Championship season opener, Rallye Monte Carlo.

Speaking after making his first proper appearance with Volkswagen on Saturday, following the presentation of the final design of the Polo R WRC in Monaco, Latvala added that he is convinced he can realise his dream of winning the WRC drivers' title with VW.
