Elfyn Evans is one of Britain's best prospects in rallying at the moment and the Welshman impressed on his World Rally Car debut in Sardinia finishing sixth overall - one of the highest placed finishes for a driver on their WRC debut.

He concluded the year on a strong note too, by taking his debut WRC2 win on Wales Rally GB. It was his third WRC2 podium of the season - after second place finishes in Germany and France.

Overall, he did enough to impress M-Sport boss Malcolm Wilson and he will now take in all 13 WRC events in 2014 with the Cumbrian-based outfit, running in a Ford Fiesta RS WRC, along with Mikko Hirvonen and Robert Kubica.

It seems you thought he did well too and you gave him an average mark of 5.604 out of ten, placing him sixth in your top ten.
