Thierry Neuville was one of the stars of the season and while he didn't win an event, he did secure the vice-champions spot in the 2013 WRC Drivers' Championship.
In total he managed seven podiums, with second places in Sardinia, Finland, Germany and Australia and third places in Mexico, Greece and Wales. He also took points finishes in Sweden (5th), Argentina (5th), France (4th) and Spain (4th) and in addition, won the Power Stage in Finland, Spain and GB.
Monte Carlo and Portugal were the only lows - retiring on the Monte when he damaged the front-left wheel in SS4, while he went off the road and hit a tree in Portugal on the second day. He was classified 17th under Rally 2.
Neuville will now switch to the new Hyundai Shell World Rally Team in 2014, although it remains to be seen just how competitive the i20 WRC will be.
