The organisers of Rally Poland have had to axe another test, with SS8 now falling by the wayside.

"SS8 has been cancelled for the same reasons as SS7 and cars will go from the start line to a regroup before returning to Poland for SS9," read a statement on the event's official website.

SS7 was dropped due to a 'number of spectators standing in unsafe places' and because 'the condition of the track surface had deteriorated badly' following the first pass this morning. Both tests were in neighbouring Lithuania.
