A record 97 crews will line-up for Rallye de France-Alsace next month with 16 in top WRC-spec machinery.
All the regular names will be in action – including Sebastien Ogier, Jari-Matti Latvala, Kris Meeke, Mads Ostberg, Mikko Hirvonen, Elfyn Evans, Thierry Neuville, Andreas Mikkelsen and Robert Kubica.
In addition Dennis Kuipers and Yuriy Protasov will drive Fiesta RS WRC cars, entered under the M-Sport WRT banner – like Hirvonen and Evans – while Henning Solberg and Julien Maurin will also pilot Fiesta RS WRCs. Martin Prokop returns too after skipping Rally Australia, while Dani Sordo and Bryan Bouffier are back for Hyundai alongside Neuville, as previously confirmed.
Meanwhile, nine drivers will run in WRC2 – the principal support category, including Pontus Tidemand, Sebastien Chardonnet and Bernardo Sousa – while 12 are down to run in WRC3/the JWRC.
