About the vote:

Rather than repeat the Drivers' World Championship standings, the World Rally Driver of the Year poll asks readers to take into account factors such as machinery, performance relative to a team-mate, driving style, experience, injuries, progress and personality just as much as race results.

Over 30,000 votes were cast for the 2014 Crash.net WRC Driver of the Year poll, where viewers awarded each of this year's full-time participants a mark out of ten for an average rating.

I like Kubica, therefore I am still waiting for him to show what he is capable of, eventually. The chance is, many times, a part of the story in WRC and let's hope he will break free from all the bad luck which accompanied him almost thoroughly.

Ogi has won the well deserved top spot. Behind him, there were some notable moves, compared to 2013. Three of them involved a 9 place difference: the Scandinavian pair Hirvonen-Mikkelsen has gained 9 places, as opposed to Kubica who made the most spectacular move, by reversing the top ten spot upside down.
