Robert Kubica will lead Pirelli's challenge in the 2015 World Rally Championship after opting to switch from Michelin rubber ahead of the new season.

The Pole, who enters his second season of WRC competition with the LOTOS World Rally Team, competed on Michelin tyres in 2014, but will join fellow privateer Ford Fiesta entries Martin Prokop and Lorenzo Bertelli in adopting Pirelli rubber.

Kubica has already enjoyed success with Pirelli after triumphing with the Italian company in the Monza Rally and Bettega Rallysprint, but the upcoming Rallye Monte Carlo will be his first WRC outing with on the new rubber.
