WRC Tour de Corse: SS4 scrapped

Casamozza-Ponte Leccia 2 axed in Corsica
The organisers of Tour de Corse – Rallye de France have cancelled SS4 due to storm damage.

The 43.69 km test through Casamozza-Ponte Leccia was also scrapped on Friday after torrential rain caused flooding and landslides.

It means the second leg, like on Friday, will be made up of just two stages. SS5, the 36.43km Francardo–Sermano 2 test, is due to start at 10.08 hours local time [09.08 hours UK time]. Full itinerary for round eleven in WRC 2015 available - HERE.

Meanwhile, it has also been confirmed that following the traffic problems encountered on the road section between TC3 and TC3A, all penalties for lateness at TC3A have been cancelled. SS3 on Friday was delayed because of the adverse weather conditions.
