Henning Solberg is set to make a one-off World Rally Championship comeback at Rally Sweden, which has been confirmed after the event's official entry list was published.

Former WRC podium winner, and brother of former WRC champion and reigning World Rallycross champion Petter Solberg, will return to the international competition after 12 months away having competed in last year's Rally Sweden when he finished 12th for Adapta Motorsport. Solberg will race in a self-titled Ford Fiesta entry in the RC1 class with Ilka Minor as his co-driver.

Elsewhere, Hyundai has duly carried out its driver rotation policy for the second round of the 2016 WRC championship as Dani Sordo switches to the Hyundai Motorsport N team, while Theirry Neuville and Hayden Paddon team up in the manufacturer's championship squad.

Abu Dhabi Total WRT's squad expands to three WRC entries with UAE's Khalid Al Qassimi competing alongside Chris Meeke and Craig Breen, while the regular WRC names appear on Rally Sweden entry list as expected, with defending champions Volkswagen represented by Sebastien Ogier and Jarri-Matti Latvala and Andreas Mikkelsen in its second-string squad.

Rally Sweden runs between the 11-14 February at hosts the second round of the 2016 World Rally Championship. 12 months ago Ogier claimed victory for VW by six seconds from Hyundai's Neuville, with Mikkelsen in third.
