In terms of market relevance, then without a shadow of a doubt.
The IRC is a very flexible series, which allows manufacturers and drivers to pick a number of events to compete in without compromising the championship hopes, which is a big plus for everyone involved, especially the factory-backed teams, which can still promote their technology while choosing where and at what cost to showcase it. Of course, some events will have a stronger lineup than others, but hey, it's up to the organisers to step up their game and convince teams to do their rallies. And, while you do not always get all the top drivers head-to-head, it's better than nothing.
