Granted that I'm not particularly involved in british controversies, just for once I would like to read one positive comment about Matt Wilson's race.
I think that somehow he deserves it, at least for bearing all his haters.
That said, if I had the position and the money to run my own team, I would probably try to keep a seat for my son.
Let's face it, motorsport has been mostly about affluence since decades, and Matt Wilson's sacking wouldn't change anything.
It's true that many good drivers don't have a car, but they too generally started their career thanks to a lot of personal money, and it's also true that many good potential drivers haven't even had a chance to begin due to lack of funds, and nobody makes a scandal out of it.
As wrong as it can be, talent is only a little part of racing.
