Well, I never expected this from Petter. It reeks of desperation... And I wouldn't expect it from a youngster, either. Novikov makes a lot of mistakes, but it's quite endearing to watch him (onboard) asking Giraudeut "how are you?" in a concerned tone immediately after going off (see Finland). Chardonnet stopped on the stage to help two spectators hurt by Nasser's accident. Rally drivers are usually highly focused AND conscious sportsmen. Solberg was neither and, yeah, it's time to give up his place. He's passionate, OK, but the whole thing was as pathetic as it was dangerous.
