Finally some fresh air in WRC. Wilson takes a gamble but surely the results from the three biggest hopes in WRC will bring Ford more publicity than ever.
Who is interested in Hirvonen and Sordo who never have beaten Loeb and are the most experienced ones? not me..
VW is a separate story but they still need to prove the Polo is a winner.
Citroen will leave likely at the end of the season anyway so..
I believe Wilson has a lot of ambition to manage but at least he is contributing to the sport in a very good way by giving new talent a chance so credits to him.
As to the other candidates, they have too limited experience compared to the other ones and can not give any guarantees to crash less so would you give them a full season now?
I hope they do get some mileage as WRC has WAY too many old farts around still..Solberg leaving is more a loss of personality than the last 2 years results surely.
