For taking off his belts a trifle too soon - despite the car being almost stationery - Loeb is awarded a penalty . In the GP2 race at Monaco Grosjean is taken out by someone "defending" - in my language swerving - his position - no penalty. Grwat to know the FIA have a balanced view on life.
